MY TASKS

• Independent picking and preparation of production and setup orders
• Compiling and checking materials and components based on picking lists
• Ensuring timely and complete material supply for production
• Triggering and processing picking orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Checking stock levels and handling missing parts and production returns
• Carrying out goods receipt and goods receipt bookings in the WMS or ERP system
• Loading and unloading trucks with suitable industrial trucks
• Collaboration with production, purchasing, scheduling and internal logistics departments
• Compliance with quality, safety and 5S standards

Requirements Profile

MY PROFILE

• Completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Several years of experience in order picking, ideally in an industrial production company
• Confident handling of picking orders and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP)
• Experience in material provision and production logistics
• Valid forklift licence recognised in Switzerland
• Experience in handling industrial trucks
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
• Ability to maintain an overview even under high workload
• Flexible, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Knowledge of Lean Management and 5S is an advantage

• Assignment with an internationally leading manufacturer of rail vehicles, specialised in the development and production of modern rail technology
• Gross hourly wage CHF 34.15 to CHF 39.00, depending on qualification and experience
• Long-term temporary assignment with a 100% workload
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
• Varied activity with a focus on order picking and production logistics
• Modern warehouse and logistics processes in an industrial environment
