These are your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the professional, personnel, and operational management of resident administration and reception
- Ensuring efficient, needs-based occupancy management throughout the entire resident cycle (management of interested parties, admissions and discharges)
- Organisation and conduct of viewings as well as competent advice to interested parties, residents, and their primary relatives
- Management and maintenance of the list of interested parties as well as ensuring correct master and movement data management
- Ensuring a high level of service and quality in administration including timely, appropriate correspondence with internal and external stakeholders and responsibility for proper archiving
- Guaranteeing a high level of service and quality in all administrative matters as well as responsibility for proper archiving
- Active participation in management meetings and involvement in cross-departmental coordination and development
- Ensuring timely, complete, and appropriate correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
This is what distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field supplemented by further training in social insurance (e.g. social insurance specialist with federal diploma)
- Several years of leadership experience in a similar professional environment or the motivation to specifically build this up
- Excellent service and customer understanding as well as enjoyment in dealing with diverse stakeholders
- Structured, forward-looking working style and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and confident handling of challenging conversation situations
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills advantageous, as well as very good user knowledge of MS Office and affinity for administrative IT systems

- You will work either in Viererfeld, in close proximity to Bern city centre, or at Burgerspittel at Bahnhofplatz. Your workplace is very well accessible by public transport. Additionally, a free parking space is available when working in Viererfeld.
