Finance & Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Rocken® is seeking experienced professionals in the field of controlling. In collaboration with our partner, we offer positions in the following professional groups: Head of Controlling, Business Controller, Group Controller, Financial Controller, Junior Controller.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial reports and presentation of financial data for management and external stakeholders
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts to ensure the company is financially well-positioned and achieves its goals
- Analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities and support management in decision-making
- Monitoring financial key figures and metrics to evaluate company performance and identify improvements
- Development of financial models to simulate the impact of business decisions on the company’s finances
- Ensuring compliance with financial and controlling regulations and laws
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in finance, business administration, or a similar field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in finance or controlling
- Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets
- Experience in analysing financial data and identifying trends and opportunities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
