About the job
What you can do
- You ensure the maturation care of Gruyère AOP while respecting quality standards.
- You receive the cheeses (traditional, organic and alpine) and organise their cellaring.
- You operate the care lines and support the maturation process.
- You prepare customer orders as well as the associated documents.
- You carry out regular quality checks during maturation.
- You use, check and clean the machines and installations.
What you bring
- You have completed professional training, ideally in a technical, food or logistics field.
- You ideally have some initial experience in a production or food processing environment, preferably in the cheese sector.
- You have a good understanding of processes and a keen sense of quality.
- You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner.
- You stand out through your team spirit, sense of responsibility and commitment.
- You are motivated to learn and develop in the field of maturation.
