Our client is a renowned company in the construction and renovation industry, successfully operating in the market for many years. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Painter EFZ who works independently and can lead a team.
Your tasks:
Imagine standing on a construction site – brush and paint roller in hand – ready to transform walls into vibrant works of art. Your tasks include planning and carrying out painting and wallpapering work. Whether new construction projects, renovations, or minor repairs – you execute every project with precision and ensure it is completed to the fullest satisfaction of the clients.
Your experience and leadership style make you the ideal person to lead a team as a foreman. You not only coordinate the daily work but also ensure that safety standards are met and projects are completed on time.
Your profile:
With a recognised qualification as a Painter EFZ, you are well prepared for this position. Thanks to your several years of experience, you know how to perform high-quality work, and your independent working style allows you to keep an overview even in stressful situations.
Leading a small team comes naturally to you, and your leadership style is both motivating and collaborative. You hold a category B driving licence and have access to your own car, allowing you to operate flexibly on various construction sites throughout the entire area of operation.
Your excellent German skills are indispensable for clear communication with clients and team members. Additional French skills are an advantage and open up the possibility to communicate with French-speaking clients without language barriers.
