• One person at each location or both locations combined possible with at least 80%

Tasks:
As a travel administrator, you are in direct contact with our diverse and demanding clientele, both by phone and in person. You handle the entire order correspondence from the offer, order confirmation, travel order to the invoice. You calculate offers according to tariffs and organise creative excursions and multi-day trips in Switzerland and neighbouring countries. As a product manager, you take responsibility for individual travel projects from our travel catalogue. You are in direct contact with our service providers such as hotels, restaurants, shipping companies, etc., and monitor contracts and corresponding cancellation deadlines. You open trips in our booking system and sell trips from our catalogue, as well as our rental cars to self-drivers. These are just some of the tasks of this varied role.

Requirements:
This position requires a great deal of independence and organisational flair. You need contact with people during work and love sales. You are used to setting priorities and placing the customer’s needs at the centre with your service-oriented and loyal attitude. You are resilient and always keep an overview even during seasonally hectic times. Our clientele expects precise and punctual work; we require a commercial basic education with several years of professional experience, preferably in the tourism industry (travel agency, hotel, similar). Good geography and destination knowledge in Switzerland and neighbouring countries is essential. You also hold a category B driving licence (car) and are proficient with the PC and all common programmes by heart (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.). A bit of negotiation skill and contract confidence complete your profile.
