Main Tasks

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines (3-/5-axis)
• Programming and optimizing CNC programs (Siemens)
• Manufacturing of individual parts and small to medium series according to technical drawings
• Selection, preparation and change of tools
• Monitoring of manufacturing processes and ensuring dimensional and shape accuracy
• Carrying out quality controls with common measuring instruments
• Maintenance and care of machines as well as troubleshooting minor malfunctions
• Compliance with safety, quality and deadline requirements
• Participation in continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Completed training as a polymechanic, CNC mechanic, cutting machine operator or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling advantageous
• Good knowledge in reading technical drawings
• Experience in handling CNC controls
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Willingness to work shifts (if required)
