To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as an experienced, committed and reliable person immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts payable accounting
• Checking, coding and posting of accounts payable invoices
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Reconciliation of accounts payable accounts and resolution of discrepancies
• Processing of reminders and enquiries from our suppliers
• Support with tasks in the general ledger
• Participation in monthly and annual closing tasks
• Carrying out reconciliations and evaluations
• Contributing to the optimisation of processes in the finance department
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• Sound knowledge in coding and posting business transactions
• Experience with general ledger tasks as well as monthly and annual closing tasks
• Very good and confident MS Excel skills
• Strong numerical flair as well as a structured, careful and independent working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of an operational specialist role
• Strong team and service orientation
