Your main tasks:

- You are the main contact person for our employees in the Cleaning/Housekeeping area.
- You lead and develop your team in maintenance cleaning and housekeeping.
- You regularly train employees and ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- In emergencies, you actively support cleaning tasks.
- You plan deployments and vacations and monitor working hours.
- You optimize processes and consistently implement requirements for quality, safety, and health.

Your profile:

- Professional experience in a comparable position (with cleaning) in hospitality as well as pronounced customer orientation.
- Flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday, sometimes also at night, characterizes you.
- You are a resilient and responsible personality with leadership experience.
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office.
- Independent and structured working style with pronounced planning and organizational skills.
- Driver's license available.
