About the job

As Team Leader Air Conditioning Region Northwest-Mittelland, you will take on the technical, organisational and personnel management of our service technicians in the air conditioning sector. You are the central technical contact person for your team, support with demanding service cases and projects, and ensure a high quality of execution. In doing so, you work closely with the service organisation, sales and other internal specialist departments. The workplace is Münsingen or Rothrist.

Your main tasks as a technical sales advisor

• Technical and personnel management as well as further development of the air conditioning service technicians in the Northwest-Mittelland region
• Technical support for complex faults, repairs, commissioning and demanding service cases
• Ensuring high work quality, complete documentation and professional work preparation
• Accompanying demanding customer projects from technical solution finding to successful completion
• Close cooperation with the service organisation, sales, internal specialist departments and external partners

Our requirements

• Completed basic technical training in refrigeration, air conditioning, building or HVAC technology
• Several years of professional experience in air conditioning or refrigeration technology as well as sound expertise in service, maintenance, repair and commissioning
• Proven leadership experience in a technical service organisation or in a comparable function
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as driving licence category B
