Within Property Management, we provide demanding administrative services for a wide variety of properties in specialised teams. We meet the ever-increasing demands, among other things, with the most modern software (GARAIO REM).

To realise our ambitious goals, we are looking for a personality as a Property Accountant (100%) by arrangement.

Property Accountant (80 - 100%)

• to manage and be responsible for the accounting of the property portfolio assigned to you from A to Z, i.e. among other things:

  • prepare periodic real estate financial statements

  • prepare annual heating and ancillary cost statements

  • record, post and pay creditor invoices

  • be responsible for dunning and debt collection

• commercial training

• professional experience in accounting/financial accounting is essential
  (preferably in property accounting)

• entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• strong organisational skills

• good communication skills

• realistic portfolio size

• state-of-the-art systems such as digitised creditor workflow

• SBB train station only 1 km away

• flexible flextime system

• at least 25 days of holiday annually plus 3 bridge days
