About the job
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Execution of all service orders from customer consultation to final documentation
- Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance of systems
- Active contact maintenance with existing and new customers
- Assistance in training apprentices
Our requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ and at least 2 years of experience in the electrical service sector
- Technical understanding and organizational skills
- Independent, sociable, and customer-oriented personality
- Initiative as well as flexible working style
- Driver's license category B
- Willingness to be on call
