The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the elderly and health centres Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 250 employees is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for a development-oriented reinforcement for the locations Tägerhalde and/or Wangensbach by arrangement.

Your new tasks

• Individual and relationship-oriented care, nursing and support of residents as well as support and advice for relatives
• Ensuring the nursing process, the living environment and everyday design including activation
• Taking over daily responsibility for nursing and organisational matters
• Implementation of the key worker system
• Ensuring nursing documentation (EasyDOK) and timely performance recording using RAI

What you bring with you

• Qualification as a qualified nurse HF / FH
• At least 3 years of professional experience and motivation to develop further
• High service orientation and pronounced social competence
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good RAI, EasyDOK and IT skills
