Serata, Foundation for the Elderly
is the operator of a modern senior center with currently 90 senior apartments (further projects in planning), various services and the public restaurant Tisch55 with 110 seats.
Versatile area of responsibility
- You are the face and contact person for our tenants, interested parties and authorities and you are responsible for order and compliance with the house rules
- You accompany our tenants - whether senior apartment, commercial space, rental apartment or parking space - through the entire rental relationship cycle: from the first viewing and contract conclusion to contract adjustments and handover
- You are responsible for heating and ancillary cost statements, monthly invoicing as well as budgeting and reporting of these properties
- You prepare pension and rental contracts for our senior and rental apartments as well as commercial spaces and confidently carry out apartment inspections and handovers
- You continuously develop our standards in property management and ensure smooth processes
- You actively participate in the evaluation and implementation of new rental management software and contribute your practical experience
- With your all-rounder spirit, you also support the admin team and, if necessary, occasionally cover reception - team spirit is highly valued here
