The Ilgenhalde site is one of our three institutions. It offers school, residential care and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. The TWSG (Therapeutic Residential School Group) is an intensively supervised structured residential group embedded in Ilgenhalde with an integrated school offer for 4 children and young people with a dual diagnosis, autism spectrum disorder and challenging behaviour.

Deputy Team Leader Residential

These are your tasks
- Supporting the team leader in the professional, organisational and economic management of the residential group in accordance with the foundation's mission statement and concepts
- Accompanying the children and young people in an individual setting
- Designing a structured daily routine and an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
- Empathetic support of children and young people with sensory impairments in the autism spectrum
- Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and for jointly managing everyday challenges
What you bring with you
- Qualification as a social pedagogue HF/FH or nursing specialist HF with a focus on psychiatry
- Professional experience in supporting people on the autism spectrum
- Trustful, partnership-based and constructive interdisciplinary collaboration as well as reliable communication
- Reliability, high resilience and a balanced personality
