The Ilgenhalde site is one of our three institutions. It offers school, residential care and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. The TWSG (Therapeutic Residential School Group) is an intensively supervised structured residential group embedded in Ilgenhalde with an integrated school offer for 4 children and young people with a dual diagnosis, autism spectrum disorder and challenging behaviour. 

From 1 July 2026 or by arrangement we are looking for reinforcement as

• Supporting the team leader in the professional, organisational and economic management of the residential group in accordance with the foundation's mission statement and concepts
• Accompanying the children and young people in an individual setting
• Designing a structured daily routine and an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
• Empathetic support of children and young people with sensory impairments in the autism spectrum
• Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and for jointly managing everyday challenges

• Meaningful tasks in a development-oriented environment
