Your Tasks

• Deputising for the branch manager and participating in the operational management and further development of the Bern branch
• Taking over the head of the fiduciary or audit department, depending on professional background
• Professional development of the responsible area as well as promotion and support of employees
• Managing your own demanding SME mandates
• Operational activity in a mixed role with tasks in fiduciary and audit environments
• Handling mainly limited as well as some ordinary audits
• Further development of professional standards, processes, and digital solutions
• Supporting the branch manager with demanding customer, leadership, and organisational matters

What you bring

• Completed expert training as a certified fiduciary expert or certified auditor
• Solid professional experience either in fiduciary business or auditing
• Experience in managing demanding SME mandates
• Willingness to contribute operationally in both fiduciary and audit environments
• Willingness to take on leadership and professional responsibility and to develop into a corresponding role
• Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, and an integral personality
• High customer orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in working with employees
• Digital affinity as well as experience with modern fiduciary or audit processes, ideally with Abacus
