As a Airfoil RTS Specialist you will: Perform, verify and assure the documentation, modification and correctness for engine piece parts and modules, ensure the requested standards are met, the technical Onlog, service bulletin and material effectivity in SAP is accurate and the operating program is achieved in an efficient and safe manner.
Your tasks
- Release and certification of parts and modules for assembly (CFM-56, LEAP, GTF, PW-4000)
- Quality and quantity inspection of engine parts, including completeness and modification checks
- Verification of SAP Onlog structure and installation sheets for accuracy
- Inspection of completed modifications on parts and components
- Technical and administrative task completion according to guidelines
- On-time delivery of work while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Use of Lean and Six Sigma methods (e.g., 5S, Root Cause Analysis) to support continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Certification license (“E1”) available or in progress
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality-driven industry, ideally in MRO
- Quality- and safety-focused, with a precise and independent working style
- Strong communication skills; team-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- English level B2; German language skills are an advantage
