Architect / Project Manager

Here is what you will do
- Project development, creation of concepts for renovations and new buildings from the idea to the building permit and the conclusion of the contract – for private owners and entrepreneurs
- Coordination as overall project manager of the project participants (specialist departments, specialist planners)
- Communication with various external stakeholders (authorities, municipalities, neighbors, expert committees)
- Support in acquisition, client consulting, implementation of customer wishes
- Organization and structuring of projects
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed studies as an architect FH or technician HF building construction. Fresh graduates are also welcome with us!
- You are strong in communication, maintain a constructive culture of discussion, and have a natural and cooperative demeanor
- You have negotiation skills and authenticity towards our customers, partners, and authorities
- Interest in close collaboration with entrepreneurs and specialist planners from an early project stage
- Your solution-oriented personality gives you the overview

GLB was founded in 1968 in Langnau as a cooperative and today has over 15,000 members. Whether energy-efficient renovation, new construction, single-family or multi-family house, commercial or industrial construction, agricultural building or rural housing – the portfolio is diverse. At the six locations and with around 900 employees, we plan, build, and furnish living spaces – and have been doing so for over 50 years.
