We supply customers in the organic trade, retail, gastronomy and processing industry with a full range of organic products and services, support entrepreneurs in the organic trade to further develop in the growing market environment, and operate our own organic specialist shops. Our headquarters and logistics centre are located in Seon (AG) and we operate an additional site in Romandy. Our approximately 400 employees serve organic customers with tasty organic products and inspiring stories. Through our actions, we make a unique contribution to a sustainable and secure agriculture, a strong organic trade and the good availability of particularly high-quality organic food for conscious consumers.

For our existing dispatch team, we are looking for support immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:

• Disposition, processing and monitoring of shipments
• Coordination and allocation of goods
• Route planning for our own vehicle fleet
• Allocation of shipments to our transport partners
• Administrative tasks and evaluations
• Close contact with our internal and external sales teams
• Willingness to work shifts/on-call duty at night (1-2 weeks per month)
• Willingness to work Saturdays 1–2 times per month
• Willingness to drive routes in emergencies, also at night
• Transfer of vehicles to our workshops

Your talents & experience:

• Professional experience in transport and dispatch
• Commercial training
• Training as a road transport dispatcher is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, route optimiser, tracking, ERP
• Driving licence category C C/E mandatory as well as valid CZV certificate
• Networked, customer- and service-oriented thinking
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills an advantage
• Resilient, flexible, assertive
• Strong communication and pronounced organisational skills
• A team-oriented, engaging personality
• Residence in the Mittelland / Central Switzerland region
