Your tasks

• Order processing of telephone orders
• Technical advice and support for our customers by telephone and online chat
• Order processing of online orders
• Order and appointment monitoring
• Support of our field service
• Link between customers, suppliers and internal departments
  
  

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician
• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Networked way of thinking
• Very good knowledge of Italian in spoken and written form, as well as oral German skills for internal communication, other national languages are an advantage
