In this versatile role, you will ensure that our buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas are always kept in a well-maintained and operational condition. This is what you will do...
- Care of our properties on the Thommen AG Regensdorf/Immark AG site
- Cleaning of the entire site with the cleaning machine
- Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings as well as general green area care
- General maintenance work, such as replacing furniture
- Support for the infrastructure and real estate teams
- Assistance with winter services (without on-call duty)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 12:00
This is what you bring with you...
- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, craft training or equivalent several years of professional experience in building, site or property maintenance
- Driving licence category B mandatory
- Good German skills, Swiss German is a plus
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Craft skills as well as physical resilience
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Team spirit, flexibility and high commitment
