InterBit AG is an independent and dynamic company based in Basel and Thun. For over 35 years, together with our approximately 25 dedicated and highly qualified employees, we have been supporting the ERP software Abacus and ATOSS time management. Our core competence is ERP implementation, whether as a complete solution or individual modules. Our customers come from various industries and have different company sizes. We are an Abacus Gold Partner and have been successfully certified according to ISO 9001 since 2003. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced person for the role of:

PROJECT MANAGER / CONSULTANT ABACUS ACCOUNTING (M / F / D) 80 – 100%

YOUR TASKS

• Professional consulting of customers during ERP implementations, as well as optimisation and digitalisation of processes with a focus on accounting (e.g. cost accounting, financial, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting)
• Handling customer inquiries in the area of finance and accounting
• Preparation of offers, concepts, documentation and training materials
• Recording and specification of customer requirements and support of implementation (parameterisation and customising)
• Conducting workshops and user training sessions
• Responsibility for project implementation regarding time, budget and quality
• Interdisciplinary project team coordination with internal and external staff

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Solid professional training in accounting or business administration (university, university of applied sciences, college, professional certificate)
• Experience with ERP Abacus financial applications or several years of professional practice
• Practical experience in holistic project management is an advantage
• Networked thinking as well as structured, independent and precise working style
• High service mentality, enthusiasm and flexibility
• A flair for IT, digitalisation and the SME environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English are an advantage
