We work according to the nursing organisation system of primary nursing. Palliative care is an integral part of our nursing attitude and our daily actions.
At tilia, we place great value on humanity, interprofessional collaboration, and mutual support. We create a working environment that focuses on quality, safety, and dignity – for our residents as well as for our employees.
