To strengthen our team based in Yverdon-les-Bains, we are looking for an enterprising and motivated personality.
Sales Advisor Building Technology & Sanitary Shop 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Welcome and advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner
- Provide technical advice in the finishing work sector (building technology & sanitary)
- Prepare delivery notes and invoices
- Manage the cash register, items and stock
- Receipt and shelving of goods
- Manage and process merchandise returns
- Work closely with the back office (relay information, requests for quotations)
- Notify customers of the arrival of their order
Your Profile
- Possess a Federal VET Diploma in retail management or a Federal VET Diploma in building technology or sanitary installer
- Strong interest in sales
- Comfortable in customer contact
- Proficient with common IT tools
- Able to work independently while easily integrating into a team
- Work safety is a priority for you
