Responsibilities

• Representing the centre management during absences and actively participating in the overarching clinic committees
• Medical and psychiatric leadership of the assigned forensic wards and specialist areas
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and professional leadership of the assigned staff
• Co-designing training concepts and conceptually co-developing new treatment areas
• Representing the clinic towards judicial authorities, external institutions, and the overall organisation

Requirements

• Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy, ideally with a forensic focus
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Team orientation, loyalty, and enjoyment of multiprofessional collaboration
• Sense of responsibility, resilience, and decisiveness
• Confidence in dealing with legal requirements and scientific standards
