Skills
- Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent experience in administration.
- Proficient in MS Office and various data platforms.
- Experience in similar roles is an advantage.

Your tasks
- Execution of administrative activities of construction administration and general administrative tasks within the Technology and Maintenance department
- Support in controlling, ensuring, and monitoring costs in construction as well as data collection and evaluation for cost reports in the investment and maintenance budget
- Processing procurement orders up to and including invoice receipt and control
- Participation in projects and working groups with the main task of minute-taking
- Updating process flows and concepts
- Deputizing for the post office and procurement during vacation absences
Your profile
- Commercial training EFZ or equivalent basic training with experience in assistant or secretarial functions
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Enjoy working with other programs such as MAXIMO, PEP, and data platforms for exchanging project data
- Experience in a comparable or similar function is an advantage
