Your future areas of responsibility

• Development and implementation of digitalisation projects in facility management
• Establishment and further development of reporting solutions and key performance indicator systems with Excel and PowerBI
• Analysis and structuring of existing FM processes and identification of optimisation potentials
• Definition, documentation and standardisation of processes, work instructions and roles
• Establishment of a uniform documentation structure and organisation of technical dossiers and operational documentation including ensuring their traceability
• Ensuring data quality and consistency
• Support in strategic FM planning and budget compilation

Your skills and competencies

• Technical basic training with commercial flair
• Interest in processes, energy, building services, digitalisation
• Experience in technical FM environments (industry, production or complex building portfolios)
• Experience in process optimisation, modelling and digitalisation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot, data analyses) as well as Power BI, confident use of MS365
• Structured and analytical working method as well as solution-oriented thinking

Languages

Business fluent German in spoken and written form, very good French; English and Italian skills are an advantage.
