You will

be responsible for planning and organizing the internal training offer (online and face-to-face training)
take over course administration including participant management and support of trainers and experts
prepare course materials, prepare training rooms and materials, and maintain controlling lists
manage the internal Learning Management System (imc Learning Suite)

You bring

a commercial basic education as well as several years of practical experience in course administration
pronounced organizational and planning skills
a high level of communication skills, reliability, and service orientation
an independent and proactive working style as well as high IT affinity
high willingness to perform and keep an overview even in hectic situations
French language skills are an advantage
