Your working environment
The State Archive of the Canton of Zug is the central archive of the cantonal authorities, administrative offices and private third parties who perform public tasks on behalf of the canton. As the memory of the canton and society, it ensures that state actions are transparent and comprehensible and that political and social change can be historically processed. In doing so, it contributes to legal certainty and enables long-term traceability of state actions. The State Archive is the competence centre for cantonal and municipal archival matters.
