Polymechanic as Training Manager
Activities
- Establish training structure for polymechanics and production mechanics
- Design and implement training model
- Ensure quality standards in training
- Recruit and support trial trainees and apprentices
Requirements
- Technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
- Experience in vocational education and enthusiasm for talent development
- Strong leadership skills
- Conceptual and structured way of thinking
- Further training as a vocational trainer would be desirable
