Do you love it when visible quality emerges from clean craftsmanship? As a plasterer with a federal VET diploma, you apply your skills to diverse projects in the Langnau region and the Emmental. You work independently, take responsibility and use your expertise to ensure that walls, ceilings and façades are done to a high standard.
What you will do
- You independently carry out plastering work indoors and outdoors – from preparatory to finishing tasks
- You plaster and float walls, ceilings and external façades
- You perform stucco work and restorations
- You professionally apply internal and external insulation
- Depending on your experience, you take responsibility for construction sites and supervise employees
- You assist with site organisation and work preparation (AVOR)
- You enjoy passing on your knowledge and support us in training our apprentices
What you bring
- A completed apprenticeship as a plasterer with a federal VET diploma
- Enjoyment of diverse plastering tasks and clean, precise craftsmanship
- A team-oriented, responsible and motivated personality
- A confident and customer-friendly manner
- A category B driving licence

GLB was founded in 1968 in Langnau as a cooperative and today has over 15,000 members. Whether energy-efficient renovation, new build, single-family or multi-family house, commercial or industrial construction, agricultural building or rural housing – the portfolio is diverse. At six locations and with around 900 employees, we plan, build and furnish living spaces. And we have been doing so for almost 60 years.
