Your Tasks

Joy and shared responsibility for ensuring the best possible quality of care
Professional advice and support for the nursing teams to promote efficient, effective, resident-oriented, and evidence-based nursing practice
Participation in the introduction, implementation, evaluation, and further development of our guidelines and concepts
Identification of key trends and derivation of future action needs and care models
Implementation of the corporate culture according to company strategy and mission statement
50% activity in practice to ensure theory-practice transfer and to promote the nursing process, including case and practice discussions
Active participation in quality assurance and quality management processes
Preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up of medical visits

What You Bring

Training as a certified nurse HF/FH (tertiary level)
Several years of professional experience in long-term care
You have a strong interest in nursing innovation and quality development
You demonstrate high organizational skills and good knowledge of relevant IT systems
You have very good oral and written German skills
Enjoy actively supporting the daily care and support of our residents
