- You promote their personal development and self-determination
- You take on nursing and medical tasks
- You plan and organise leisure activities
- As a key person, you plan the annual process and implement the assistance concept
- You work closely with relatives, legal representatives and professionals
- You analyse and support individual cases

- Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH, FaBe or FaGe
- Experience working with people with cognitive impairments and/or challenging behaviour
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (no night shifts, mostly continuous shifts)
- Structured, responsible and reflective way of working
- High social competence, resilience and enjoyment of teamwork
