We are looking for an enterprising Sales Associate to join our Timberland team based in Mendrisio, FoxTown Factory Stores.  

Sales Associates are an inspiration to our customers, providing excellent service and helping to maintain the highest standards in our store.

How to make a difference 

We expect our Sales Associates to contribute to providing memorable sales experiences. To this end, they must:   

• Provide high-level service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect.

• Develop a deep knowledge of the products in the store.

• Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand directives.

• Stay updated on current trends and the brand's market positioning.

• Follow all operational procedures in the store and warehouse.   

What are the ideal characteristics of a Sales Associate?   

• Loves interacting with customers. Sets an example for the rest of the team with their practicality, enthusiasm, and passion for providing an exceptional customer experience. 

• Has a proactive attitude in addressing all store circumstances.

• Has a passion for our brand, fashion, and retail in general.

• Has excellent written and oral communication skills in LANGUAGE and English 

• È flexible if there is a need to work on weekends, evenings, and during holidays.

Previous experience is ideal but not necessary. But the most important thing is that this person embodies and promotes our guiding principles: live with integrity, act with courage, be curious, show empathy, and persevere.
