Automation Technician with Customer Support and Service Coordination
Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with technical and application-specific questions
- Analysing and resolving faults via telephone diagnosis and data evaluation
- Coordinating service deployments as well as internal specialist departments
- Preparing service documents, documentation and training
Requirements
- Training as an automation technician or equivalent
- Professional experience in technical service is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills as well as good PC skills
- Independent, analytical and customer-oriented working style
