Vanja, Krenare, Martina and the inheritance advisory team are continuing to grow – and this is where you come in.

Together, we are strategically developing our inheritance advisory business in Neuchâtel and French-speaking Switzerland and support our clients with important life and pension planning matters.

Your mission

• Advise our clients in the areas of matrimonial property regimes, inheritance law, adult protection as well as related legal fields
• Independently draft wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, cohabitation agreements and mandates for incapacity
• Maintain cooperation with notaries and other external specialists
• Work closely with our financial planning specialists
• Contribute to the development of our service offerings

Your contribution

• Law graduate with a master’s degree, qualified lawyer or notary
• Experience in advising on matrimonial property regimes and inheritance law, estate planning as well as in the settlement of inheritance divisions and execution of wills, ideally with a financial services provider
• Strong knowledge of pension schemes and inheritance law as well as in inheritance and gift tax matters
• Strong client orientation with excellent negotiation and advisory skills
• Willingness to travel to the sites in Biel, Fribourg and Delémont
• Excellent command of French and very good knowledge of German
