Your tasks
- Active selling and occupancy of care beds according to specified KPIs
- Daily management of the staffing plan and duty roster based on current occupancy
- Active leadership, empowerment and development of direct reports according to our leadership principles
- Sustainable implementation of concepts and standards
- Ongoing review, adjustment and implementation of the competitive strategy
Your profile
- Completed management training at tertiary level. Further education in gerontology desired
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
- Good appearance, negotiation skills, discourse and consensus ability
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Business management skills
- Management with key figures
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form as well as French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
