About the job
Internship Digitalisation 80 - 100%The Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich and is responsible for penal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For our 1,400 employees from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of offenders, the prevention of recidivism, and the detention and preparation of the departure of persons without a valid residence permit are of particular importance.
The Digitalisation Team, as part of the "Finance, Controlling & Logistics" department, is responsible for initiatives and projects related to digitalisation within JuWe. For this purpose, we are looking for a reliable, team-oriented, and structured individual to support our team in our diverse tasks and projects as soon as possible. The internship duration is 12 months.
Your tasks...
- Participation in projects: Collaborate and support our digitalisation projects, e.g. in planning and implementing task packages or in communication with JuWe employees
- Support of Product Owners: Work together with our Product Owners on the development and operation of our digital products
- Further development of the digital roadmap: Support in the development and implementation of ideas and initiatives within the framework of JuWe's digital transformation
- Creation of process analyses and concepts: Assist in analysing and optimising business processes including recording current processes and defining target processes
- Planning and preparation of meetings and workshops: Prepare, support, and follow up on meetings, workshops, and interviews
- Preparing work results: Structure and summarise work results to present them understandably to various target groups
- Idea sparring and teamwork: Exchange and reflect on ideas, plans, approaches, etc. to achieve better results together as a team
Your profile...
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (from a university or university of applied sciences) – we are open to graduates from all fields of study
- IT affinity – you know MS Office365 not just by hearsay and are open to new technologies
- Interest in topics related to the digitalisation of administration
- Initial knowledge of project management will facilitate your start
- Customer orientation and user-centred approach
- Quick comprehension and strong organisational skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn to engage with new topics
- Initiative and independent working style
- Enjoyment of communication and team spirit in dealing with different personalities
