Trainer for Trainees FaGe EFZ and AGS at the New Development Ward in Bärau

• You will jointly create a structured and professional nursing routine with the trainees and the team
• With joy and commitment, you accompany our trainees in their professional and personal development
• As a coach, role model and expert, you actively shape the training and support the recruitment of new trainees
• You maintain a respectful approach with residents, relatives and within the interdisciplinary team
• You contribute your expertise purposefully and help to further develop modern and high-quality nursing care

• Qualification as a nursing specialist HF/FH or FaGe EFZ
• Completed SVEB certificate (trainer: individual support) or willingness to obtain the certificate
• Enjoyment in working with people and motivation to accompany them on their training path
• Patience, empathy and a lived positive error culture
• Solution-oriented, pragmatic and appreciative working style
• Clear, open and respectful communication at eye level
