• Consulting and supporting banquet customers in event planning, combined with active sales.
• Supervising the event on the day / follow-up / customer care; preparation and monitoring of events ensuring workflows
• Maintaining contacts with regular customers and managing the customer file
• Monitoring cross-departmental processes in coordination with the relevant departments; participation in projects and additional or internal tasks
• Sales of events in the lodging, banquet, and gastronomy sectors with timely and qualitative implementation as well as handling correspondence
• Scheduling and workplace organization; qualitative and timely participation in the weekly calendar
• Assisting in budget planning within the framework of business management key data, taking into account the general market development and competitor situation
• Supporting the Banquet Director in managing and supervising staff deployment

• Successfully completed vocational training or comparable qualification in the hotel industry
• Several years of professional experience in upscale hotels or gastronomy in a comparable position
• Confidence in handling common software programs such as MS Office
• Friendly, professional, and open demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
