Clerk in Financial Accounting and Creditors (50%)

Your area of responsibility:

• Assistance with the daily processing of incoming payments (cash, post and banks) including posting in the general ledger
• Forwarding incoming payments/refunds for the tax and social departments
• Assistance with payment transactions (e.g. creating payment runs)
• Assistance with creditor management (recording, posting, workflow, payments)
• Secretarial duties (correspondence independently and according to instructions, copying/scanning tasks)
• Support in department-related training of apprentices
• Information for the Finance Department

Your profile:

• Commercial or equivalent training
• Ideally professional experience in finance within a public administration
• Digital affinity, good ICT user skills (Office, Abacus, Innosolv)
• Structured, reliable and service-oriented working style
• Good organisational skills and networked thinking
• Open, friendly demeanourTime flexibility (workload spread over at least 3-4 weekdays)
