Shape the AI Transformation at SwissComply

SwissComply is a leading provider of compliance, risk management, and legal services for Swiss financial service providers. Our strength lies in the experience of our employees, well-founded methodologies, and the ability to serve our approximately 300 clients efficiently (leveraging economies of scale) as well as individually.

We are now further developing our service delivery: we want to systematically support our services and processes with AI. For this, we are looking for an experienced individual who brings people together, effectively shapes change, and leads projects to successful implementation.

Your Tasks:

As AI Transformation Manager, you will operationally lead our transformation programme. You will report directly to the Chief Services & Solutions Officer (CSSO), a member of the executive management. Together with our subject matter experts, you will translate the strategy into concrete, measurable results.

Your Responsibilities:

You will structure the project portfolio across the business lines, prioritise initiatives, and develop a realistic roadmap. You will work with the subject matter experts to develop target processes, business cases, and measurable quality and efficiency goals. You will manage sub-projects, resources, budget, and dependencies, and prepare decisions for the CSSO and executive management. You will ensure that jointly developed solutions are used in daily work and create demonstrable benefits. You will support our mandate managers through the change, moderate differing interests, and organise training and knowledge transfer. You will create transparency about progress, risks, and results, and intervene early when adjustments are necessary.

What You Bring:

• Many years of experience in leading demanding transformation or digitalisation programmes
• Several demonstrably successful implementations from conception to sustainable anchoring in operations
• Good knowledge of the financial industry, ideally related to asset management, compliance, or risk management
• Practical experience with AI-supported changes as well as a solid understanding of business processes, data, and software development
• The ability to assess economic benefits, set priorities, and prepare clear decisions even under uncertainty
• Very good German skills and good English skills
