Your Tasks
- As a supervisor, case management with professional leadership, care, and counseling of patients within the framework of crisis intervention and ensuring indication, diagnostics.
- Supervision of medical and non-medical staff
- Collaboration within the team, with external institutions, partners
- Work with relatives
- Participation in concept development and work structures
- Networking within the institution
- Participation in on-call duties
Your Profile
- Completed or very advanced specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Good knowledge of German
- Driver's license category B
- Flexible, humorous, and resilient personality
