For our growing Medical team, we are looking for a motivated individual who passionately manages the French-speaking market around Bern. You are the first point of contact for our clients and candidates in the healthcare and social sector and actively shape the success of your region.

Tasks

• Building and further developing our client and candidate network in the Neuchâtel, Fribourg and Bernese Jura regions
• General support of the regions Neuchâtel, Fribourg and Bernese Jura
• Recruitment of specialists and executives in the medical and social sector
• Active client acquisition - by phone, digitally and in person on site
  
• Conducting interviews and professionally supporting your candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
  
• Advising and supporting existing clients as well as acquiring new partnerships
  
• Independent work with clear goals and plenty of scope for creativity

• Placement of suitable candidates in the appropriate position (temporary, permanent and emergency pool)

Profile

• Experience as a recruitment consultant and/or in recruiting/HR
• Fluent French skills (C2 or native speaker)
  
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
  
• Experience or interest in healthcare or social services is an advantage
  
• Enjoy networking, selling and dealing with people
  
• Initiative, perseverance and a positive, solution-oriented personality
  
• Driving licence category B
