Black Friday is just around the corner – and we are looking for your support!

For a larger company in the Biel region, we are seeking motivated and communicative personalities for the strongest sales period of the year. For about 1.5 months, you will support the team in customer contact and ensure that everything runs smoothly even with high order volumes and many enquiries.

Your tasks

• Telephone support and advice for customers
• Processing orders and customer concerns
• Advising and actively selling the offered products
• Answering questions about products and orders
• Professional and friendly customer contact
• Keeping an overview even during the intense Black Friday phase

Your profile

• You speak perfect Swiss German / dialect
• You are communicative and enjoy customer contact
• Your manner is likeable, empathetic and convincing
• You enjoy selling and can respond to different customers
• Even when things are busy, you remain friendly, focused and organised
• You are available for the entire assignment from mid-October to the end of November
