Your responsibility: Combining customer service and technology

• Customer support: You personally accompany customers until successful activation – their satisfaction is your top priority.
• Coordination: You coordinate installation orders with customers and technicians to ensure everything runs according to plan.
• Back office tasks: You handle administrative tasks related to activation orders – your organisational skills are in demand here.

What you bring:

• Experience: You have a commercial education or have already worked in a contact centre and confidently support customers.
• Communication talent: You convince with your communication and sales strength – this is what counts here.
• Digital understanding: You have a feel for digital media such as internet, TV, and mobile – so you stay up to date.
• Languages: You speak German and French is an advantage – making you flexible to deploy.
