About the job
Understanding technology. Leading people. Creating solutions together.
Our client, GUS AG, combines technical expertise with responsibility for people and nature. Their range of services extends from green and road maintenance to landscape and nature conservation, forestry work, and winter services.
A particular strength lies in the versatile machinery fleet and the in-house workshop: Here, machines are maintained, modified, and individual technical solutions are developed that prove their worth in operation.
Equally important are the people behind it. The family-run company relies on personal collaboration, mutual support, and further training. Quality, safety, and respectful interaction shape everyday life.
On an exclusive mandate, we are seeking a grounded and committed individual as Workshop Manager 100%. You will lead two employees, organise the daily workshop routine, and get hands-on yourself. A special project awaits you: a new workshop with two washing facilities is being built. You will actively participate in planning and equipping your future workplace.
