Finance and Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Management of finance and controlling for a division of the Welti-Furrer Group
• Preparation of operational accounting monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of budgets, financial reports and analyses for the management
• Ensuring correct accounting and effective controlling
• Preparation of annual financial statements and execution of reconciliation tasks
• Leadership and support of two employees in accounting administration
• Further development and optimisation of processes and systems

• You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting or fiduciary services.
• You have further training in finance and accounting or fiduciary services or are currently undergoing such training.
• You are an ambitious individual who wants to develop further in a challenging role. You are resilient and ready to take on responsibility.
• You have good knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
• You think critically, analytically and have an eye for detail.
