Your Important Contribution

You work independently and are still part of a committed team – with freedom in work design and mutual support
You take on assignments directly at our clients' homes: You assist with basic care, perform treatment care, and document your work thoroughly
During on-call duty from home, you ensure that our Spitex assignments run smoothly even outside office hours
You answer calls, analyze situations, and quickly find suitable solutions
You coordinate replacements in case of short-term absences and reliably forward relevant information
You actively contribute to ensuring that our clients remain safe and well cared for at home

On-call duty times:

Monday to Friday: 06:00–08:00 and 17:00–22:00

Weekend: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00

This is How You Enrich Our Team

Training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent qualification
Experience in outpatient Spitex area is an advantage
Organizational talent, independence, and solution-oriented thinking
Enjoyment of telephone contact with clients and colleagues
Very good IT skills (Windows, Office, Internet)
Very good German skills and good French skills
Own car for client assignments
Residence in the Bern or Burgdorf region
