About the job

Which area of responsibility awaits you with us:

• Manufacture of assembly fixtures, auxiliary tools, holders and mechanical operating equipment
• Adjustment, repair and optimisation of existing fixtures and auxiliary tools
• Independent setup, programming and operation of 3-axis CNC milling machines
• Programming with Heidenhain iTNC 530 as well as ISO/Fanuc control
• Creation, adjustment and optimisation of CNC programmes as well as selection of suitable tools and clamping devices
• Conventional turning and milling as well as drilling, thread cutting, deburring and adjustment
• Mechanical adjustment of existing finished parts for special versions and execution of single and small series orders
• Quality and dimensional control of manufactured components
• Supervision of assigned test and measuring equipment, monitoring of test and calibration dates
• Coordination of external calibrations and execution of internal test equipment inspections
• Documentation and maintenance of test equipment data, test intervals and status changes in PRIMAS Online

What we expect from you professionally:

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable mechanical training
• Sound knowledge in chip-removing manufacturing and experience in CNC milling
• Experience with Heidenhain, Fanuc or comparable controls is a great advantage
• Experience in conventional turning and milling
• Confident reading and interpretation of technical drawings
• Confident handling of mechanical measuring and testing equipment
• Experience in test equipment management is an advantage
